Alicia Keys will be giving an inside look of her life, from her childhood in the neighborhood of Manhattan to her glorious rise to stardom.
The Grammy award winner will be publishing her memoir in November by Oprah Winfrey’s imprint under the title “More Myself.
As announced by Flatiron Books, last Wednesday, the memoir which is referred to as a “360 degree perspective” of Keys’ life, will be released on November 5 through Winfrey’s An Oprah Book imprint.
Keys mentioned in a statement that she is “ecstatic” to share her life story alongside Winfrey, who Keys detailed, is her “sister, mentor and friend”. Winfrey on the other hand, mentioned that she was a longtime fan of Keys and felt “honored” to publish her book.
Financial terms have not been disclosed as yet. The memoir is available for preorder.
