Drake steals the show at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards and breaks all-time record

The 2019 Billboard Music Awards (BBMAs) was held on May 01 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The ceremony was a massive success. But guess which artist reached a higher level of success. Canadian star, Drake was the biggest winner this time.

The God’s Plan singer took home 12 awards that night, including Top Artist, Top Song, Top Male Artist, Top Billboard 200 Album for “Scorpion”, Top Billboard 200 Artist, Top Hot 100 Artist, Top Radio Songs Artist, Top Streaming Songs Artist, Top Song Sales Artist, Top Streaming Song (Video), Top Rap Artist and Top Rap Male Artist.

That’s not all, Drake also broke the all-time record at the BBMAs with a total of 27 awards making him the artist with the most BBMAs statuettes ever!

Cardi B was also a big winner, bagging 10 awards including 6 as a solo artist and 4 as a featured artist on Maroon 5’s “Girls Like You” which was also a big winner than night.

Ella Mai, Beyonce and Jay-Z are among other artist who racked up multiple awards.
